1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and hygiene sticker/liner fully intact.
- We kindly ask that you try on all swimwear over your underwear for hygiene reasons.
- Any items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or missing the hygiene sticker cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Final sale items, clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service at wahbcouture@gmail.com within the return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include your RA number inside the package.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your RA email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your RA request.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Important Notes
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and must not be washed prior to returning.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
