WAHB COUTURE — Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, body lotion, or any marks
- Returned in original packaging where possible
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and thong bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Items that show signs of wear or have had the hygiene liner removed cannot be accepted for return.
How to return: Email us at hello@wahbcouture.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us at hello@wahbcouture.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@wahbcouture.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Sale items: Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not cash refunds.
